This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Opal LLC ("Quantum Opal," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit quantumopal.ai and any associated subdomains we operate (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Quantum Opal LLC operates an enterprise AI consulting and AI agent development practice. If you have a question about this Privacy Policy or about how your information is handled, contact us at dsimone@quantumopal.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a discovery call, subscribe to email, or otherwise reach out to us, you may submit personal information such as your name, work email address, employer, role, and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and the analytics and advertising services we use may automatically log information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP.
• Information from cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4 below for the cookies we and our third-party partners set.

3. How we use the information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, and schedule discovery calls.
• Operate, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the Site.
• Analyze how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve content and performance.
• Serve and measure advertising, including ads delivered by Google AdSense and its partners.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Cookies and third-party advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and deliver advertising.

4.1 Google AdSense and the DART cookie

We use Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-5952027954951494) to display advertisements on the Site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this Site. Google's use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this Site and to other sites on the Internet.

4.2 Other third-party services

We may use third-party analytics, tag management, and content-delivery services that set their own cookies. These services collect technical information about your visit (such as pages viewed and approximate location) and process it on our behalf. We require these services to use the data only for the purposes we direct.

4.3 Your cookie choices

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

Contact-form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping; server and analytics logs are retained for shorter periods consistent with operational needs.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is directed to enterprise audiences and is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. EU/UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR; California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information). 10. International transfers

Quantum Opal is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information collected may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence. By using the Site you consent to those transfers.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review the privacy policy of each third-party site before providing personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
