"Quantum Opal" and associated logos are trademarks of Quantum Opal LLC. Other trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.
If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information to Quantum Opal through the Site, by email, or otherwise, you grant Quantum Opal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use that material in any manner without compensation to you. Do not send information you consider confidential or proprietary unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks, and may link to third-party websites and resources. Quantum Opal does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Inclusion of a link or advertisement does not imply endorsement.
Information published on the Site, including blog posts, product descriptions, and educational content, is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
